Project Overview
Last Chance Animal Rescue is an animal shelter based in Baltimore Maryland. They take in all kinds of pets, rehabilitate them, and try to find them new homes. The goal of the UX Design team was to redesign their website so it is easier for them to do this.
In the end we are hoping we can help protect more animals from harm.
Problem Statement
Users find it difficult to learn about the fostering process and to find the right foster match for their lifestyle, which leads to frustration and delays in their involvement with the cause. This problem statement guided us through our redesign of the Last Chance Animal Rescue webpage.
